August 2013 Global Economic Analysis (US)

Recently, the Fed stated that the economy had weakened somewhat relative to its previous assessment in late May.  We had already warned that the Fed would need to readdress investors once the consensus realized the economy was not as strong as they previous thought.

Here, we take a look at the evidence supporting our conclusions.
