About these videos: 

We have made several video and audio tracks available for free to users.  These videos/audios are for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.  

We have several video and audio tracks restricted to Members and newsletter subscribers.

There is also a folder containing video and audio presentations made available for an access fee. These videos may only be accessed by logging into your Member/Client account. Once you are logged into your account, you will see all restricted folders at the lower portion of this page. Enter the designated password associated folder. 

NOTE:

(1) Each video (including those restricted to subscribers and members) is being provided as a COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE. These videos are not part of the subscription service agreement. Thus, we reserve the right to discontinue these videos at any time or charge a fee for access without any advance notification.  

(2) We do NOT have the staff to respond to emails for individuals who have lost their passwords for video access. When we send you your password, you need to keep it in a safe place.  If you misplace your password, as of January 1, 2012 you will be subject to a $20 service charge every time we are asked to notify you of the password. This fee must be paid in advance.  

The best solution is to keep track of your password(s). Passwords for each restricted folder are different and will change periodically. We will email you the new password when it is changed.  If we are burdened with resending passwords, WE WILL DISCONTINUE production of these videos.  

(3) Each video created by AVA Investment Analytics is protected under U.S. copyright law and trade secret law. Thus, users are strictly forbidden from copying, downloading and saving these videos. They are also forbidden from discussing the content of restricted videos with anyone.  Violation of our copyright and trade secret rights will result in legal actions in addition to immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
