AVAIA Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. We want you to use AVAIA’s tools, and resources with complete confidence. We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how AVAIA collects information from all end users of AVAIA services (the "Services") -- those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts ("Members"), as well as those who pay a fee to subscribe to the Services ("Clients"). It describes what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Members and Clients have concerning the collection and use of such information. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Use. The following discloses our information and dissemination practices within our companies and websites.

AVAIA collects information in different ways from Visitors and Members who access the various parts of our Services. We use this information primarily to provide a customized experience as you use our Services, and generally do not share this information with third parties. However, we may disclose personal information collected if we have received your permission beforehand or in very special circumstances, such as when we believe that law requires such disclosure or other special cases described below. To date, as of December 28, 2023 we have NEVER shared vistor, client or member information with any third parties. And we have no plans to do so. 
 
Third-Party Sites
We do NOT and have NEVER used third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. We do NOT believe in advertisements and view all ad-based content as fraudulent and not in the best interests of users.  We will NEVER use advertisements. Legitimate companies do not host ads on their websites.

Some of our Site pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site user. AVAIA makes extensive use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures for Client-Only site access at . Only active customers may have access to our proprietary material. We may also place cookies or similar files on your hard drive for security purposes to confirm your right to access and to facilitate site navigation. All our employees and data processors that have access to, and are associated with the processing of your Personal Information, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your information.

Responses to Email Inquiries
When Visitors or Members send email inquiries to AVAIA, we use the return email address to answer the email inquiry we receive. AVAIA does not use the return email address for any other purpose and does not share the return email address with any third party.
 
Special Cases
It is AVAIA’s policy not to use or share personal information about Visitors, Members, and Clients in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. However, AVAIA may disclose personal information about Visitors or Members, or information regarding your use of the Services or Web sites accessible through our Services, for any reason if, in our sole discretion, we believe that it is reasonable to do so, including: to satisfy laws, such as the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, regulations, or governmental or legal requests for such information; to disclose information that is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Acceptable Use Policy or other user policies; to operate the Services properly; or to protect AVAIA and our Clients.

Services and vendors we use have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party "hackers" from illegally obtaining this information.
